日常の何気ない情景を写し撮ったプラチナプリントの作品16点を展示。
アンセル・アダムスに師事。写真活動休止後、久々の個展。
アメリカ・ジョージア州出身。日本在住。

　My photographs are selfishly personal. At first glance, it may seem to be just an old wall, a simple still life or nude. But I invite you to look deeper and catch a glimpse of the innocent wonder of a 10-year-old boy with his first camera in Georgia, falling in love with photography. In the light and shadows, my first hero Edward Weston is urging me to "make the commonplace unusual". In images taken far from where I live or on my doorstep, Paul Strand is reminding me that "the artist world is limitless". Alfred Stieglitz is in every image, inspiring me in the darkroom "to bring forth a living print". Don't look at the photograph. Look into it, deeper. My last mentor, Ansel Adams, put it best, "There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer", and that viewer is you.
